Refund and Cancellation Policy
At ServerLy, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We offer a transparent refund and cancellation policy to ensure you feel secure while purchasing our web hosting services.
1. Money-Back Guarantee (Web Hosting)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our shared web hosting plans (Starter, Pro, Elite, Business, etc.). If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services within the first 7 days of your new account registration, you will be given a full refund of the hosting amount.
2. Non-Refundable Products and Services
Please note that not all services are eligible for a refund. The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Name Registration, Transfers, and Renewals. Once a domain is registered, it belongs to you and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Third-party licenses such as cPanel or WHMCS licenses.
- Dedicated IP addresses.
- Any setup fees or custom software installation fees.
3. Cancellation Process
Customers can cancel their services at any time via the ServerLy Client Area (panel.serverly.in). To request a refund within the eligible 7-day period, you must open a support ticket with our Billing Department after cancelling your service.
4. Account Suspension and Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, such as hosting illegal content, spamming, or abuse of server resources, you will not be eligible for any refund.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
